What do I have ?

Hey guys ! 
About a month ago I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection ( very common ) and they gave me pills to cure it for 7 days. Recently about 2 days ago my vagina has been itching and my discharge has increased more but I have no smell. I went to get get checked the ending of last month and I have no STDs and I haven't had any sexual intimacy in two months .  Any advice?

I just posted a question similar to this. Went to the doctor after my itch and rash is still here after my BV being gone. She is treating me for pubic lice but she doesn't know for sure if it's that and I'm 99% sure i don't have it!!! I'm so confused
I don't want to wait a whole week to go back if it's not lice and is still have a rash. I'm so mad
