for some reason I thought since we are supposed to wait till a year for milk....that that was the same for cheese!!!

Every cheese we eat, she eats.  I stay away from processed cheese slices though

I get a block of cheese and cut finger sized pieces. We eat grass fed cow's cheddar, so he eats some of that.It's pretty soft and he can chew it with his gums.
