Vegetarian diet anyone ?
So I'm a vegetarian and I have been trying to go Low car and Low calorie to lose 30 pounds (157-127ish)
For the last 10 days I kept my diet like this:
Morning: green tea + unsweetened chai/instant coffee + tofu and green pepper and sometimes a 100 calorie slice of bread
Afternoon: unsweetened ice coffee and maybe lentil chips or bowl of cantolope
Night: greens salad enough to feed like 4 people haha
Everything is without oil/dressing/sugar
I want going to check my weight till 5 .Lee days and was hoping to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Only lost 4 when I checked today 😫
Anyone have a good diet plan ?
