Post Ovulation Cramps?? Letrozole/Trigger Shot

I've been really bad about taking my bbt each morning and probably worse about CM. With that being said, I have Endometriosis, and had a laparoscopy to remove 5 endometrial cysts and other endo 1.5 years ago.

I naturally ovulate on my own, and after many years, I am finally having a semi-regular cycles, 23-26 days. I did a round of letrozole, 5mg on cd 3-7 and triggered on cd9. This was my first cycle using fertility medications.

Based on my previous ovulation symptoms I believe I did in fact ovulate cd 11/12. For 2.5 days following ovulation I had horrible cramps. Very unusual at that time of the month for me. I found that after taking my progesterone suppository the cramps decreased. Typically my cramps are horrible at the end of my menstrual cycle, and right before ovulation.

My question, has anyone else experienced terrible cramps immediately AFTER ovulating, after starting fertility medications such as letrozole or ovidrel? Or even with clomid?
