When to switch to whole milk?

My daughter just turned 11 months should I already be introducing whole milk?

My milk started drying up so we are giving her some milk.... I’m not going to start formula at this point. She will be a year on the 8th. I didn’t have to do part breast milk and part cow milk I just gave her milk and she took it no problem

oficial guidelines say 12 months,  however many pediatricians give the clear earlier than 12 months.  talk to the pediatrician

My sons pediatrician suggested we start him at 9 months, but we didn't feel comfortable doing it that early. We decided to start at 11 months. We are starting him slowly, he is formula fed so we started him out with Week One ( 2oz of milk and 6oz of formula mixed together). This way we can see if he is allergic or have other problems. 
Week Two ( 4oz of milk and 4oz formula)
Week Three (6oz milk and 2oz formula)
Week Four (8oz of milk) done with formula.
We are done with week one and he did great, didn't even notice the difference.

I don't know what the official guidelines are so I can't help u there sorry. I just noticed my Son started leaving a lot of his formula and sitting up looking for food instead. He seemed to lose interest in his bottle. I spoke to my SIL who has 2 small kids and she suggested maybe it was time to change. He switched with no problems at all. I think he just reached that point where he was ready to have a milk drink with his 'proper' meal, as opposed to the Formula being the main part. If you're not sure maybe you can try swapping one feed and seeing how baby reacts?
