HELP!!!

How do I go about telling this mom that she has her child in serious danger???

This kid isn’t even one years old, his chest strap is so loose, his crotch straps aren’t even buckled, the car seatbelt does not go like that on these kinds of car seats and his seat looks so crooked. If they wrecked this baby would be dead. What do I do? 😭😭😭
