Resume

Has anyone lied on a resume? Not like fake jobs or anything but maybe about your schooling? I haven't attended college but I've done the free online classes that are basically just the jist of the subject and not in detail. I've been unemployed for months now and have gone on countess interviews but haven't gotten a job. I was thinking of adding college courses or saying I'm currently enrolled ( I lan to enroll next semester) and see if that'll help. Has anyone had experience with this?
