Working out while pregnant-weight training?

So I've always worked out on an off but for the last 6 months I've woken up 4-5 days a week and go to the gym at 530 am and weight train. Depending on the lift I do up to about 90-100 pounds. I'm about 5-6 weeks pregnant and was told not to lift more than 30 pounds as a general rule. My body is very used to the hard work of weight lifting and I don't want to give up my routine. Obviously I'm listening to my body and scaling back what I do, but has anyone else lifted while pregnant? How far did you drop in weight for your exercises? I was also told not to train hips or legs much which I found odd. I would think that would be beneficial. Any help would be greatly appreciated 😊
