What to expect in 8w+4 OBGYN appt?

Question

I am a FTM.  Tomorrow will be my first appointment with my OBGYN at 8w+4 . Tell me what to expect ? What questions should I be asking him? I know he would perform an ultrasound - what should I be looking for in it ?  
I have a list of questions like vag itch, nausea and loss of appetite , need for iron supplement to check if these are normal? 
Anything else with respect to baby's health?

I had a new doctor so I just did the standard health history questions, asked if my mother was rh negative during her pregnancies or had any complications, etc. they gave me a big binder that discussed a lot of things but they specifically talked about medications I was allowed to take during pregnancy as well as what foods to eat and not eat. discussed exercise. wasn't scheduled for an ultrasound until 12 weeks. and then they asked if we had any questions. pretty much just a touch base appointment

if he does an ultrasound it would probably be transvaginal which is a stick probe they use, cover with a condom and lube but only stick in like an inch or so. It doesn’t hurt but if you aren’t relaxed or prepared for it it can be uncomfortable. My hubby about lost his brain when he saw the tech hold it up 😂

medications you can take. foods u can and cannot eat. I'm a stomach sleeper but I was told it's best to sleep on your left side. weight gain... they/some want to to gain up to 25-30 lbs

I was 9 weeks and went to the er where they did a vaginal ultrasound. Then like a few weeks later when I had my appointment with my OBGYN they did a Pap smear (hope I spelled it right). Plus a urine test and blood work.
