Is there a natural to conceive twins?

I see articles once in a while of women claiming they naturally gave themselves twins by doing certain things..  is it Hogwash?

It is natural to have twins...there is nothing you can do/eat/position/whatever to help your chances of conceiving twins naturally. I didn't vote because you have conflicting questions/points. So...yes you can naturally conceive twins. No, there's nothing you can do to enhance your chances of naturally conceiving twins without the help of medical science.

Twins dont run in my family but my cousin took advantage of the super fertility post baby and got twins that way. She had struggled with infertility for years and then just randomly got pregnant after baby 1 she went back to normal and never used protection because she had never had to before and poof twins then after twins she got pregnant immeadiately after again and now she has 4 boys under 4 lol after 12 years of infertility.

These things also better your chances...heredity, over 35, already had twins, more pregnancies, race, if you weigh more and if you're taller.
