These are awesome! Literally just veggies that have been spiralized. They're organic and I get them from Target. I just boil or steam them for a few mintues, until they're soft. I let my LO just pick them up and eat them like spaghetti. Much healthier than noodles, fun for her, and super easy to prepare just as much as she needs at a time. Thought I would share!!!
