How to clean shin guards
So I play soccer every weekend and my shin guards when I take them off are always suuuuuper sweaty and gross. When they sweat dries (gross, ik) it leaves white streaks which I think is dead skin (double gross 😷) I'm wondering how to wash it because just water doesn't work. Does soap help?
