Anxious before bed
Every night for years I would get bad anxiety when I went to bed because I thought bad things would be coming I to my room so I had a small light in my room to see, but it was never enough.. When I moved it got better and I could sleep in complete darkness with no problems. But now it back and I'm so worked up I'm debating on sleeping with my bedroom light on... Am I crazy?? Or am I just extremely over thinking? Does anyone else have this problem?? How do you deal if it if you do? Any advice??
