Need work advice ASAP

I need some advice on how to handle this situation.

I am 12 weeks pregnant. I had a precious miscarriage before this pregnancy, so I'm trying to be as cautious as possible. I'm a veterinary technician and work at a pretty large hospital. I mainly work within the surgery department of our hospital. There are 20+ doctors at this hospital, but the one I directly work under is also the owner of the practice. And she does not like children or when any of the technicians get pregnant. She was very angry when she found out about my pregnancy.

I work directly with anesthesia, chemotherapy, x-ray, MRI, high-risk drugs, harsh chemicals, lifting animals/objects over 50lbs, etc. Unfortunately the anesthesia procedures aren't really done correctly(bad scavengers, ET tubes not being fully inflated, etc.). They still have me helping knock animals down and waking them up from surgical procedures. A lot of the time I, as well as other technicians, can smell ISO in the air. Which is a big no-no for preggo ladies. I have tried talking to the doctor and she basically told me there's no way for me to "get out of it" without a note from my OB. I spoke with my OB who basically just brushed me off and told me that's an issue for OSHA to deal with and will not write me a note unless I am bed ridden. I tried talking to our head technician/my manger, and she also told me that without a note from my doctor they can't switch my position in the hospital. And I cannot afford to not be working. Although I do plan to try to find a stay at home job for after baby is born.

On top of all of this, I have been dealing with extremely bad morning sickness - vomiting 4-5 times a day, some days I can't even hold water down. I work long 11-12 hour days and I come in every day with massive anxiety and stress, which also is not good for the baby.

I'm at a loss of what to do. I just want what's best for my baby and myself. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated!
