Scared to use preseed again after MC

Has anyone miscarried after using preseed to help conceive and then used it again after and had a healthy pregnancy?

I got pregnant in March my first cycle using preseed. I ended up having a missed miscarriage. Nothing ever developed beyond the yolk sac.

I had a chemical the next time we tried (without preseed) and haven’t had any luck getting pregnant since.

I want to try preseed again because it seemed to have worked in some way the first time but I’m nervous because of the miscarriage that ensued.
