Jax is 5 months old today 😍
3 hours old vs 5 months old. Born weighing 2 pounds 13 ounces who now weighs 13 pounds 2 ounces. Who would of thought my 11 week premature son would be standing and trying to walk at 5 months old ( 2 months corrected) . I'm a very proud mommy. Any other NICU mommy's on here? .
