No! I don't ingest it even when I'm not pregnant. It's a metal and metals are harder on your system to detox from. I would use it topically on a cut or something. When I had strep throat I swished and spit, but never swallow. Get manuka honey if you think it's a bacterial infection as it's just as antibacterial as silver. If it's just a cold get elderberry syrup. Antibacterial things won't touch viral illness. Hope this helps a little :)
