Jaundice?

So my baby girl didn't appear jaundice at hospital however at 2 day visit with pediatrician they rested her levels because her corners of her eyes looked yellow and her skin had slight tiny. Levels came back 12.1 which was normal but now, she is 10 days old and still has the yellow coloring to the whites of her eyes... wondering if this is normal or if I should take her back to be re tested?

My daughters levels got up to 19 in the first week 😩 Her eyes were one of the last things to return to normal color. Her legs cleared up first, then her torso, then her face, then her eyes. 
But if you're concerned, it doesn't hurt to call your doctor. They can either put your mind at ease or have you bring baby in for some blood work 😊

there is no harm in calling your pediatrician. they may want to retest. my son was admitted to NICU two days after being discharged because of jaundice( he was yellow all over, his levels were 16.8) he's a month old now and still has the slightest yellow tinge in his eyes, but at last check his levels were down to 11.

Just put baby in sun light just in there pamper for a couple mins at a time. Open the windows and lay them there. 5-10 mins 2 or 3 times a day should fix it. If the jaundice wasn’t that bad there’s nothing to worry about. Easy fix

my son's eyes were extremely yellow he was super jaundiced it lasted for weeks but we kept putting him in indirect sunlight 3-4 times a day for minutes each and I nursed him as much as possible a lot more than he actually needed so he can excrete as much as he needs to plus more. if your not nursing then try it with formula. Honestly the key is for them to poop and pee a lot and get a lot of outside time or at least window time. it was more difficult for outside time because my son was born in the winter snowstorm but we still put him in front of the windows basically anywhere the sun rays hit the floor sometimes we left him a little longer than 15 minutes. but be careful not to leave the baby in it too long he once got sunburn in the winter from a sun ray on the floor of our bedroom imagine that
