Normal? 2 periods in one month after birth?

Had a c section on July 28th, bled for 6 weeks. Went back to doctor an was told to have an unknown vaginal infection , they just saw white blood cells. After the 6 weeks of bleeding... within the next week I had a heavy 5 day period, which was on last Thursday. Yesterday I noticed that I'm bleeding again fresh red blood.

Does this sound like infection??

I also have sharp stabbing pain in my pelvis.
