What to do

I need to see a psychiatrist and psychologist but I don't have insurance. I am going through so much in my mind. So many emotions anger sadness anxious worry. I saw a doctor and had to pay out of pocket to get anxiety meds. 500 dollars total for 3 months. Mental illness is no joke and it's not fair when it's affecting your life and not allowing you to get all the resources you need to make your life better.
