what to do. me and my other half had a major discussion last night about trying for a baby. needless to say he is terrified to get me pg because his brother is a carrier of antley bixler syndrome (google it) and my other haf had a nephew who was born with it to the point that nothing could have been done for him and he passed away at 19 months old! how do i reassure my other half that he himself may not be a carrier? trying to get him to go for a blood test is stupidly difficult as i think he is scared of the results and what they could say. all i want is for him to get an answer but it's stressing us both out.
