My fiancé will not let me put our daughter in her crib. She will be 9 months old at the end of the month and has slept in our bed, in a co-sleeper, every night. She literally sleeps like this every night

I don’t need her out of the room but I worry about her rolling out. I have put pillows up in the edges but that isn’t safe for sleeping either. She also kicks him all night long and we wake her when we roll over and shake the bed but that doesn’t deter him. How do I convince him to let her sleep in the pack and play or crib?
