Testing Early?!?!

Question

I tested today and am 6days before my period is due... I got a BFP!!!! Could this be true?!?!!... A false/positive?!?! Has anyone tested that early and it is really a YES! I am so afraid to get my hopes up, I am suppose to have an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> next month.
