Any moms have for sure signs of pre term labor? If so did you deliver pre term or go to term with the pregnancy? Any moms not know they were actually in pre term labor until the doctors told you?

I'm having extreme pelvic pressure which I had with my 3rd daughter who is now 4 but I didn't have this until later in pregnancy last time. Well I'll be 29 weeks this Wednesday and having extreme pressure literally in my vagina and it feels like I want to push and the pushing is worse when I have contractions. My contractions are a little painful but more Braxton hicks feeling (the tightening feeling) then anything. I really don't want to go into the hospital and waste my time and theirs even though they told me rather safe then sorry I'd rather not.
