Anybody conceived with low motility?

My husband has really really really low motility, it's not 0, but close. His sperm count also was only 13 million last time he got checked. Anybody conceive with low numbers like these?

Hi...I know this is an older post but curious what, if anything, you guys chose to do? My husband had a vasectomy reversal 10 months ago & his recent semen analysis showed 9 million/ml sperm & only 2%motility. 0.0% normal motile sperm. I’m just sick & cant stop thinking about it. Nurse told me over the phone that our only option would be ivf with icsi which is almost $20,000! Did you guys end up going that route or did you try something else? Hoping for the best for you guys.
