Trader Joe's Almond shredded mozzarella is the shit. Also they have a jack cheese in block form that I also have heart eyes for.
Daiya cheese is the devil. It tastes like the smell of dirty socks. It makes sense if you've tried it. It's a big NO for me.🤢

This is by far the best tasting brand, and I buy from Whole Foods. They also have sliced pepper jack flavored that makes a great grilled cheese. Be careful when buying cheese from Trader Joe's, they have some that say "dairy free" but contain casein

You need to make the nacho cheese from Hot for Food. It's AMAZING (maybe not for grilled cheese but for literally putting on everything else)
