bleeding after provera

I started Provera on the 13th because I had not had a period since April 18th. well the day I had my gyno appt I started spotting but by the time I got there I was pouring. my gyno said she was worried about the amount I was bleeding and said the provera would stop the bleeding and help me start ovulating again. well today is day 11 of me bleeding and I took all of the provera like I was supposed to but I'm still bleeding. it's not as heavy and fluctuates btwn medium and light bleeding now. Should I call my gyno Monday or is this normal for provera? Any advice will be greatly appreciated TIA
