Depo Shot side effects

Ladies on depo or has ever been on depo, how did you cope with all the horrible side effects? My boobs are so sore I can hardly stand to wear a bra, and my back hurts all the time and I’m nauseous all the time. I also have some pretty crazy mood swings and bursting into tears over dumb things. Please help, this is my first depo shot and I hate this so much.
