I only started vitamins now, she don’t eat any veg so I decided to give vitamins before winter time.

I want to but I'm not sure which one.  my son who is 6 now always took them when he was infant til now.  I know they have polyvisol and trivisol just which one?

I asked my doctor if I should because my daughter is picky. But she basically said that as long as she's eating a decent diet she doesn't feel that she needs them at this age.
