Discouraging week

This has been a tying week for my Partner and I. I had a Vaginal Ultrasound on day 3 of my cycle to make sure I'm still producing eggs. Day 6 I had to a SIS test. A Fibroid found 2 years ago has gotten bigger. Thankfully it's on my wall and is not affecting any organs I need to conceive. I now need surgery to remove before insemination. (Deep sigh) this will put us back a few months but it's needed. I will schedule surgery and prayerfully all goes well and we can began insemination early next year. I thank God at age 38 I'm still producing eggs and ovulating regularly.
