Blocking a post?

Is there any way to block a post from continually coming up in the "hot" section? I'm here "ttc after miscarriage " and am constantly sickened by stupid posts about "my boyfriend has SO many prettier friends than me. my boyfriend doesn't think I'm pretty." 🤢

If you click on the three dots in the top right corner of the post, you can choose to hide the post.
