I just got my positive opk today. I took only 80mg days 3-7. First time. I think it helped as I am ovulating much earlier than usual and the line was very dark.
1st month
Taking SI on Cd 2-6...
So far no side effects.
Taking 200 mg in the AM.
Also taking temp, OPKs, and Prenatal Pills.
Second month TTC for number 4!!! Our last

Yeah, I read that B6 is better absorbed when taken with other B vitamins. So I’m sure it’s plenty.

i think it was just me then lol ive just got a bottle with a mixture of b vitamins in so not as strong but hopefully enough

I haven’t really had any side effects. I did notice a few times my finger tips being a little tingly, but other than that I feel good.
