Only nitrate free hot dogs. The majority of the ones in the store have nitrates which are not safe during pregnancy.

I inspect and sample meat products for the USDA. if they are thoroughly cooked, it's fine. Just don't eat them raw out of the bag. That's where the concern for listeria comes from. Otherwise, enjoy.

To add to that though, arugula has a shit ton more nitrates than deli meats. So. A few is fine just not like ten a day lol

I wanna say it depends. I feel like I've been told to not eat hotdogs but at the same time I would say as long as it's thoroughly cooked then it should be okay
