Breakfast is commonly referred to as "the most important meal of the day." ESPECIALLY when it comes to managing a healthy weight. But is food first thing in the morning the right approach for everyone? Research shows that a healthy breakfast can help control how many calories are consumed throughout the day by eliminating hunger, thus keeping the urge to mindlessly snack at bay. However, some people are just not hungry in the morning! If you're one of those people, skipping breakfast may not be as detrimental as you think...as long as your overall intake doesn't exceed you energy output, breakfast will have very little to do with the way you look.
