Been dealing with painful periods for years. Doctors ruled it out as dysmenorrhea. The past year, after 3 years single I got a partner. Our sex life was amazing at first, but then my symptoms appeared again.

Painful sex, heavy bleeding, staying home from work because it's too painful to walk or move/eat. Nausea/fatigue. And recently pain in my abdominal area.

I have over 2 weeks of pms symptoms/cramping before my period. And once my period comes, I'm in chronic pain.

I have a 3 month check up soon.

But I just wanted to ask if these could be symptoms. My doctors made my feel crazy, I have treated bacterial infections before and I know stress could cause these symptoms.

But I also get red dots in my head at that time of the month,

Pain on my knees, back and headaches.
