my advice is definitely give it time if you dont want to go down the medical road with this. my fiance and I tried for about a year and it eventually happened for us on January which was a huge surprise because for about two months I gave up expecting to be pregnant when my period was due so I wasn't expecting it at all. the right sperm will eventually make its way to the right egg to create the right baby. trust me and good luck.

We just got pregnant in our 4th cycle trying. 
We had sex every other day and I tracked my ovulation using testers from walmart. 
I also started taking pre natal vitamins religiously every day at the end of our 3rd month TTC.
Not sure if it helped at all but we also ate and drank a lot of pineapple this month lol

I just started using OPK strips to help pinpoint my ovulation. It helped me to know when I ovulate which was a lil different than my apps on my phone said. I got mine from Amazon!

My husband and I tried for 6 months, opks, preseed, mucinex, the whole nine. Last month I went through two schools to get my CNA on top of my associates I'm working on and didn't have time for the obsessing and opks, I just found out I'm pregnant! My suggestion to you is don't take it too seriously. Just try to go about your daily life and not stress over it too hard. If it takes longer than a year, go talk to a doc.
