Not raise my son to believe in Santa clause/tooth fairy

I'm wondering if other women are feeling this way to. I'm really wanting to not teach my son who's born any day now that Santa clause and other make believe characters we are taught are real. I just don't wanna put that in their mind when I was growing up I remember never believing it even though all the other kids did but I don't even want to start it with my kids I know I don't have to worry about it for some time but just curious if other parents are doing the same not giving in to the "lies" also this is different from telling stories and having imagination I feel like they know that's fake but with Santa clause or tooth fairy they literally think it's real.
