trying to conceive at 18

hello, so I am 18 years old and currently trying to conceive. Most would argue that having a baby this young is not a good idea. And while that is true in my particular case it is a good idea. I have a rare heart condition and was told the earlier I have kids the less risky it will be for complications. I feel ready and my boyfriend is ready as well, he has a good job and although my parents don't know I'm trying I have had the pregnancy talk with them a lot to hint it may happen soon. Now I am only writing this on here because I want your thoughts and opinions please..
