Clots in menstrual blood
We're on Cycle 2 of TTC and my period came 2 days early. I had very bad cramps on day 1 and passed several medium size clots on day 2. Clotting isn't abnormal for me, although in recent years it has been less than when I was younger (I'm 39). But I googled it and learned it is a symptom of "uterine stagnation" and that this may have implications for fertility.
Has anyone else experienced this symptom? Have you been able to successfully conceive?
I'm going to the midwife on Wed, so I will consult her about this and all my worries, but I'm interested in experiences from the community. Thanks!
