Kombucha?? I just drank a bottle this morning of Kevita Master Brew not even thinking about my LO.. I've read diff things online but not sure if I need to pump and dump..? I've drank it before a lot actually before I was pregnant but haven't had it since giving birth and not during pregnancy(LO is 4 months) I've been drinking lots of water to help it be released in my urine as opposed to my BM.. I drank it around 8-9 and ended up giving baby a bottle(so it wouldn't go bad) but now I'm wondering if I need to pump and dump, next feeding would be about 4-5 hours from consumption!
