Hi y’all!

I recently (yesterday) found out I was pregnant and have been having some cramps all day yesterday and today. Went to the ER and found out I was definitely pregnant, they did an ultrasound but think my pregnancy is too early to see anything yet (1-2 weeks). I have been very nervous about this pain since it’s constant but not severe, only very uncomfortable. The pain started near my lower abdomen where my uterus is, now it has moved up to my upper abdomen right under my chest. Has anyone experienced this? I was told I have a hcG level of 112 and has to go back to get the tests done again. Does anyone know if this is a sign of a miscarriage? I’m sorry to be so negative I’m just super nervous. This is my first pregnancy!
