Dizzy Spells
I just found out I'm pregnant on Friday (9.22.17). Since then, I've started getting dizzy spells randomly or whenever I get up/sit up. Sometimes it gets so bad that I feel like I might pass out sometimes.
I know there aren't a lot of things u can take while pregnant, so I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions? I have my first doctors appt on Friday Sep 29th.
