Eating the wrong things?
I'm currently 15 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I feel as though I'm eating the wrong things my cravings have finally kicked in and I'm not over eating I'm just eating the wrong things? Like yesterday I had some chinese food and I ate it all and I want it again to today😩 don't get me wrong I love salads and all of that but I'm just dying for chinese. If anyone has any tips on what they ate that was a better alternative or if they're feeling the same please let me know☹️.
