So I am on my fathers insurance for another four years and my jobs doesn't have insurance. My husbands job doesn't have insurance either. Is there away I can get health insurance for my baby without the two of us having it?

Why are you even still on your dads when you are now married if neither of you get insurance through work go see if you can get on medicaid or get obamacare 
Your child might not be eligible for your dads insurance since its not his child or dependent go get medicaid for the baby
