Late period

I’m 14 years old and since I’ve been on my period(I’ve had my period for almost 3 years) I’ve never been late. My cycle is normally 28 days and now it has been 32 days. I had a little bit of cramps 4 days ago, but my period still hasn’t come. I’m still a virgin, so it’s 100% sure that I’m not pregnant.
