How do I know when I ovulated? I know my fertile window but I'm not sure how to tell which day I ovulated on and I don't use OPKs.

Answer

There’s no way to know if you’ve ovulated by looking at an app. You have to go by your body and not an app. The app doesn’t really know what is happening in your body, it is simply using averages to make guesses. You have to use OPKs to predict when you’re about to ovulate and then chart your temps to confirm ovulation.
