Pregnant or?

So I missed 2 weeks of birth control this month because the pharmacy couldn’t refill it... my SO and I did have sex a couple of times and he pulled out every time. I haven’t had my period in a little over a month. Could I be pregnant or is it just because I missed my birth control and my body is messed up? HELP!
