So I’m 31 years old and my wife is 25. Yeah, same sex marriage, not that I think it matters.

I’m not going to make this post long like most I see on here. Lol

I’ll just say that my mother in law gets on my nerves because she’s too involved in my wife’s life. She calls at least twice-three times a day. Yeah that gets to me when it’s during times when I am with my wife. It’s as if she’s a second wife. My spouse doesn’t see the dilemma that I am experiencing even though I express this to her.

It has however, dissipated somewhat, I just wish her mother would treat my wife (her daughter) like a married woman. I often wonder, does she treat her son this way with his fiancé? (My wife’s older brother, who is 29 years old.)

I dunno... my parents are different. I’m from New York City and I’m Puerto Rican and my wife is from Texas and she’s black.
