I’m almost 4weeks and wasn’t expecting any serious symptoms for a few more weeks.

The past couple days I was getting nauseous whenever I ate and had a dull headache.

Today I was EXHAUSTED. I had a terrible neck and back ache and after dinner at a Japanese steak house I had the worst diarrhea of my life.

Please tell me it will get better. I’m worried that if it’s like this, this early on then it will be rougher in a couple weeks when I’m further along.
