Motivation to get healthy
I recently went to the doctor and he said my back was getting curved and he suggested I do yoga and it's honestly so relaxing. I used to do it sometimes but he also pointed out that I should lose some weight (I'm not over weight but I do have a tummy) and I know he's right, I could be in better shape and doing yoga really motivates me to get fit. If you guys need motivation definitely try yoga!
